Women in Secondaries (“WINS”) is a community of professionals within the private equity secondaries market dedicated to promoting, retaining and elevating its members. We invite all investment professionals, transaction attorneys and advisors to join. Membership is free of charge and includes full access to all events which are held throughout the year.

WINS recognizes the importance of relationships within the industry as well as sponsorship and advocacy by senior market leaders as a key factor for success. Through our events, we look to improve our members’ visibility in the market and help them continue to advance in their careers. 

Our programming includes social gatherings and professional development activities aimed for women of all levels of experience. Program cost is covered by sponsorships from firms across the market.
